Teams 85: I'm proud to say I was the first tenant to move into my spacious luxury suite. The staff are exceptional in handling all customer and maintenance needs. The building is secure which makes for sleepful nights. All maintenance issues are handled immediately. If you're looking to move and want a management team who care about your needs, come visit us. You won't regret it.

I was lucky to be apart of this community for two and half years. The entire staff is amazing, especially Bayon and Terry. Two hard working people who never mind being bothered by the tenants. Their kindness and support is unmatched. Lastly, my many thanks to Shanice for her kindness and professionalism.

My parents want to move here, so we booked a tour of the property and amenities (including an AWESOME GYM). The apartments are designed specifically for adults 55 and plus. Units are gorgeous and huge. Lots of natural light. Definitely great place to live. Excited to visit my folks soon.

I just moved into The Point Team Campus. I've been here one month and I couldn't love it more. It's very quiet. Neighbors are friendly. I don't hear noises from above or below or across the hallway. It's secure. It's clean as a whistle. I will add photos later once I get my 2 bedrooms to where I want them. I would not look any further. Everyone I run into says the same thing: WE LOVE IT HERE!

Moved here two yrs ago, there is no insulation you can hear everything from tenant above you. They must have used paper for walls. Office personnel is very cold. Best thing I did was move out.
