Laurel Run Village

Me and my boyfriend toured Laurel Run in Bordentown with Annette Cales, and WHAT. A. PLEASURE. Annette makes you feel comfortable right away. She’s sweet, knowledgeable about the entire property without missing a beat, and she’s very down to earth. The type of leasing representative that is easy to talk to and she understands your needs. We’re hoping to be renting soon!

I was in search for a place to stay. I've been looking for almost 2 months. I think I found my place finally thanks to Annette and DeAndre. Both of these people seem to really care about there tenants and both were extremely kind.

Annette is fabulous. She is very attentive and answered all of my questions.

Lived at Laurel Run for over 3 years, it was my first apartment after moving out when I graduated from school. Overall, they are nice apartments. You have plenty of space in your dining area and living room. Would have minded less space in the bedroom and more added to the kitchen (they were very small and cramped), but that's just me. Ben and Jessica were always wonderful and nice, have absolutely no complaints about either of them. My main issue is Harbor, the new owners of the property. When I originally moved in, Salem was the owner, and I would say these apartments were about in line with what other places in the area were charging. Harbor takes over, I want to say a little over a year ago (as to the circumstances why, I honestly couldn't tell you, forgive my ignorance), and the pric
