We recently moved into our beautiful new home that was constructed by Riptide Builders. We could not be more pleased! From our very first contact with this contractor all the way to closing we experienced excellent customer service and professionalism. The home itself is gorgeous inside and out with many standard finishes that would be considered upgrades by other builders. The quality is better than we even could have imagined. We also want to commend Riptide for hiring excellent staff like Lauren, Britney, Julie and Tracey who were the absolute best throughout the process! We just moved into our beautiful home built by Riptide Builders and we love it. The quality of our new home is excellent, beautiful details and many up to date selections to chose from. When we started this process with Britney, she was very informative and gave great detail on the how this build will go. She was professional and always responsive. During the middle of the our build she moved into another role and Lauren took over our build. She was also very good with information and process, gave great updates. Brian, our Project Manager was excellent, very responsive, always was available when needed. He was on top of our build and made sure our home was beautiful. From the selection of the design of our new home to working with professionals in the choices for paint, fixtures, tile, accessories,etc, our experience in building our dream home was outstanding. We received weekly correspondence and pictures of progress during the 6 months of building. When we asked questions, we received prompt, courteous, professional answers. We can’t thank the entire team enough for making our home building experience a positive one. We just completed our new home construction and could not have been happier. The team of Riptide from sales representative Julie Chortanoff to the project manager Brian West could not have made this process any easier and stress free, especially since we were doing this long distance. The whole team listened to our desires and helped to make our forever dream home come true.
