Helpful agent on site; seems like this is going to be a nice community and the homes are pretty well priced comparatively speaking. Entire development is currently surrounded by thick wooded area, but that land is privately owned and could be sold at any time. Noticed they installed a landscaping berm at the perimeter which will grow out beautifully.
Just purchased a home in the community. Very pleased with the builder and the agents/representatives. Looking forward to enjoying retirement.
Not really what I expected but very nice salesman. On top of his game. Neighborhood was very laid back and quiet.
