Moved into my apartment about 6 months ago and have had a great experience so far! Management has been very responsive to the minor issues I had (l lost my garage door opener and they dropped off a new one right away and minor leak under my sink was fixed immediately). Management is also very communicative, professional, and approachable. I'm also impressed that a maintenance crew comes weekly to clean the common areas (vacuum and tidy). Their online renters portal (for paying rent and submitting repair requests) is very easy to use as well.

Good place to rent from. Its not perfect, but very close to. I have lived in some horrible places where management didn't care about loud noises, bad neighbors etc but every time i've had any issues, ripple has always been on top of it. When it comes to maintenance, they fix it right away. Today i sent an email about my AC unit not working and within 2, maybe 3 hours, I have a brand new one. Im very grateful!

We began renting through Ripple earlier this year, and we have been very pleased with our experience. Property managers are responsive, repairs are taken care of quickly and properly, and communication has been easy. AJ in particular has been very helpful and great to work with. We are very happy with our home and our experience, and we look forward to continuing to rent with Ripple!
