Ridgewood Manor

I lived here for a year 2016-2017. It's a great place, location, friendly neighbors. I didn't have many problems, but when I did the management was a little tough to get a call back from. Although when I lost my key after hours, I was able to get in within two hours. The building is safe and clean.

I have lived here for 3 years and enjoy it very much. Grounds are very well kept and apartment buildings are very clean. I have been able to get hold of management very easily. Quiet neighbor hood and very close to shopping. Friendly and very nice place to live.

The Lay Out of property, the people who stay here are friendly and warm . Looking out window at parking lot NOT Cool. I'm concerned about the inspection coming up. I witness nothing being done to make this a healthy and safe fun for kids environment. The laundry room is fire hazard, behind All the machines paper, webs, dust, mold heaven... Legally aren't the washer and dryer to be maintainced ? Call a Certified Furnace and Duct Company. As for management, groundskeeper, etc. Not professional, no work uniform, name tags, just see alot of flyer " if your late with Rent, they Will charge you and that they Will get their money before the holidays. DRAB, is this the low income housing area? So loud in apartments and outside ALL the Time. Stress Surrounded. ALL Fans & toilets are showing up BLK
