Evans Meadows

I have lived here 3 years with no plans of leaving. Great management and maintenance. When there are issues and I call the office my questions or concerns are addressed right away. Maintenance is complete within 24 hours if not less, if parts aren’t needed. Common areas are kept clean. Great place to live!

Absolute worst place to live and I plan to go up the chain. Living there for four years was the best with the previous property manager. Eric was truly the best and I can’t say enough good things. He made living at Evans Meadow a better environment. It was a friendly environment, all the fun events and good times all the residents use to have. My family and I had no issues until new management came. It’s been nothing but continuous issues, to name a few on 3 different occasions I was told by residents that the current property manager has been sharing my personal business on whether or not I am able to renew my lease or not, and the reasons why. From what I know or heard, that is a violation and property managers are not to share personal information to other residents not even maintenance

Management and maintenance are always professional, friendly and quick to respond. Communication is very thorough. Right now all buildings are getting new siding, windows, kitchens and bathrooms and the communications about when workers will be in and out and when we need to be ready for our unit remodel has been phenomenal. The workers from Stevens Construction Corp have been polite, respectful and friendly; fantastic to work with. I have been here 4.5 years with no plans on leaving any time soon; this community is well taken care of.

Only here a few months but so far communication and follow up with any concerns/issues, has been great from Jamie and maintence.

We have a clear winner in Elk River, folks! It's clean, it's current - the management @ Evans Meadows genuinely cares about the tenants & the property. If you're the friendly, clean family-oriented type with a fondness for adorable pets, you have found your place here at Evans Meadows. "Jamie" is the Godmother of Evans Meadows - if you have questions or need help settling in, her kindness and patience are truly comforting (especially if youre an anxious wreck like this guy). There is no close 2nd in Elk River; its Evans Meadows or bust.
