Granite Shores

We have lived here for over 2 years. The team is kind, helpful and responsive to needs. They do everything they can to fix things quickly and efficiently. LaDonna, the property manager, is good at her job and honestly cares. Tim (superman), the maintenance guy, is kind and able to fix almost anything! We have appreciated living here. We chose this apartment for the view and location. We continue living here because of the people.

LaDonna was great guiding us through all the paperwork and Tim had our place ready to go with fresh paint and new flooring. We are going to love it here.

We moved in towards the end of October. It was a short time window for us to move and we could not be happier. LaDonna was excellent to work with. Every question every last minute request was handled promptly and professionally without hesitation. We also had a maintenance request for 2 minor items. Those items were completed the day and time window we requested. Tim in maintenance did a great job. What 2 great employees to have on your team!!

Having a view of the Mississippi is worth the amount of rent charged. Management is receptive, effective and welcoming. Maintenance is quick to respond to non-emergent requests. I’ve never had to submit more than one. Other renters are friendly and respectful. Granite Shores is like a little community smack dab in the middle of Elk River. I enjoy living there and recommend it. The management team makes the experience very positive. I give it an A+.
