They keep their promises and no hidden charges. We always recommend LGI homes to anyone looking to buying a home and our sales representative his name is Herman.😁 ours experience working with Herman, his manager Karl and loan officer Tessa all of them have great personalities, patience, great listeners, and problem solvers. They’re there to explain the entire process to us no matter how many times we may ask the same question. We also did not feel alone in the process. Once ours process was moved over to the loan officer, Tessa and an Underwriter, Herman and Karl was still calling and checking in

My wife and I worked with Herman at the LGI Elk River location and loved the friendly customer service we got right away! The staff there is truly amazing and is top-notch! Carl, the branch manager, is very friendly! The loan officer will fight tirelessly to help you out. You cannot and will not find better people to work with for buying a home. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend LGI to anyone looking for a home and if you are looking at the Elk River location, I would highly highly highly advise you to work with Herman.

We love our new home. Herman Romero was our consultant. He was patient and attentive. I had a hard time deciding what kind of home fit our needs. We looked at other companies but did not get enough answers to our questions. It was impossible to get someone on the phone. When we got to LGI Herman Romero sat down with us and went over what our expectations were. Herman provided a realistic picture of the process and then basically held our hand through the whole buying experience. It's pretty quiet around here and very clean building. I like that they have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for a decent price. The manger is awesome and she goes out of her way for you and she makes sure to get back to you right with any concerns or questions you may have. I also love that they don't have a dog breed restriction here. Only down fall is not enough garages for the tenants. I hope they do build more though. The apartments are not tiny for being apartments especially the 3 bedrooms 2 baths.

Had to come back to change my review before any new home owners fall into this trap. They will do absolutely everything possible to brainwash you into thinking you are 100% getting a house, they expected us to pay $2,900 a month for a cookie cutter rambler. We deposited our $1,000 to hold the house, towards the end of the process we were told we would have to come up with a $12,000 down payment for the house even through we were told “we will make it work and get you that house” we told them multiple time we could not do that amount down and ended up backing out because of that. The young lady who was working with us suggested we beg family members for the $12,000. We then did not receive our $1,000 check because they claimed it was buyers remorse that cause us to back out.
