We purchased a home from Price Homes in Nisswa, MN. The entire process was very seamless and smooth. All the staff was wonderful to work with. Made a couple changes to the boat house near the end of construction. That was super easy and changes were executed that same day. Been in the home about 4 months now. Love it more each day. Price homes obviously put thought into where the house should sit on the lake and because of that we have tons of natural light and great views of the lake. Eric Schmidt was the project manager of our home. He was excellent to work with. Extremely accessible and proactive. I true professional who has a ton of construction knowledge and experience. Price Homes has a great staff and builds an excellent home. We couldn’t be more satisfied!

The Price Homes team is purely professional in their work, timeline, and communication. As a young family in a time-sensitive moving process, our project was prioritized and completed on a tight and organized schedule. Our project supervisor, Eric, was outstanding to work with, very responsive, and made sure we were involved and satisfied with every detail. In a process that could have been stressful or complicated, Price Homes made building a home easy and exciting. Looking around our new place as I write this review, I couldn’t recommend them more!

Love our new Nisswa, MN Lake Home built by Price Homes! Excellent customer service and craftsmanship throughout the building process. Staff were friendly professional, and always cooperative. We just had Price build our house. I got to say it was an excellent experience. Our job Supervisor Eric was excellent. Eric looked after our best interest when it came to making decisions. Price was very transparent and honest about everything. You hear horror stories about building always costing more than what you were told. Well that was not the way at all with Price. They told us what the cost would be and that is exactly what we paid. The building was quality. We would check on the house daily and whenever we thought something wasn’t right we mentioned it and it was always addressed. Another big thing with Price was they built in 4 months.
