Ridgeway Place

RIDGEWAY PLACE WORST PLACE!!!!! I’m a long-term resident of 10 Clapboard Road and have lived here for approximately seven (7) years. During that time, I have experienced several ownership and management changes. Ridgeway Place is the current owner, and the present management has been in place for only several months. Since the current management assumed control, the quality of services and overall management of the property has declined. Rental rates have increased, and additional fees have been introduced for items and services that were previously included or had not been charged in the past. These added fees were implemented without corresponding improvements to maintenance or resident services. Maintenance response has been inconsistent, and some issues are not addressed in a timely

Walls have no insulation or soundproofing. First and second floor apartments have high electricity bills in the winter because of this. First floor apartments have mold since they are partially in the ground/basement level on one or even two sides. Just look at the layout of the first floor apts. My clothes, underneath my bed and the shower were covered with mold to the point I had to move out. Loud and inconsiderate neighbors watching moves or porn on high volume at 2-3am. Floors are ridiculously squeaky. I lived here in two apartments. 6 month on the second floor and a year on the first floor apt. Never again. Might get better sleep outside on a park bench. People let their dogs doodoo right in the middle of the parking lot. Watch where you’re stepping.

Ridgeway place is the best place. It's a real nice, beautiful apartment, complex Danbury connecticut. Because their real good honest people and very nice. My most favorite people are lauren and jesse and Maddy. Management is excellent too. I would tell people that I know or people that I meet if you're looking for a great apartment complex in danbury connecticut. You've got to move too Ridgeway, place in Danbury. Connecticut. The people are very nice and you'll be very happy living there especially jesse , lauren and Maddy.

Living here was an ongoing nightmare. There were persistent pest infestations that management failed to address properly, and the surroundings were consistently dirty and poorly maintained. On top of that, there were chronic noise disturbances at all hours, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. Parking was another headache — inadequate spaces, poor organization, and mismanagement made it frustrating to come home every day. To make matters worse, when new management took over, they only refunded part of my security deposit, even though I had already paid the previous management for the extra days I needed to move out.
