Ridge View Apartment Homes

I moved to Ridgeview May 2021 and moved a year later. The experience as a whole was terrible. The unit I was supposed to have, got switched last minute. The "new" unit they gave me, I had never seen the inside of it before moving in. It was filthy. There was dirt and grime in the bathroom and kitchen. I thought the refrigerator had mold growing in it, but it was caked on dirt. The dryer and washer had residue left in it. The shower walls had dirt between the tiles and the tile itself was cut too big for that wall so there was a big gap/opening between the wall and the tile in one corner of the shower. The bathroom mirror was filthy and hair residue was left in the cabinet. There was an opening in the wall next to the washer and dryer as well, which made me concerned about the possibility o

The apartments at Ridgeview is a wonderful place to live! I’ve lived here almost 2 years and my stay has been very pleasant. The property manager Dana and assistant property manager James has been so helpful with all of my needs. When I needed a few things worked on inside, the maintenance crew were also a big help! They were able to help to get things done in a timely manner. The people here at Ridgeview go above and beyond to make sure their community safe by adding cameras! I definitely recommend considering Ridgeview when looking for a place to live!

The management doesn't do anything to take care of the apartment. I have complained about rodents and cockroaches at least four times already, but they did not resolve the uninhabitable environment. I would like to give negative points.

My experience is a rodent problem I’ve been here 5 months and the exterminator has been to my apartment 7. Times and I still have a roach problem my furniture is still in storage because I don’t want roaches I want to leave period

I get 5 star customer service every time I contact someone in the office. I spoke to Ngozi today and she was fantastic. She was empathetic to my problem and was very kind. She was willing to help me out to the best of her abilities. She made me feel like I was important and a valuable customer. Thank you Ngozi! My last is is Somrajit. Chambers is my maiden name.
