I would like to thank Ms. Tiffany the leasing agent for all of her help. She was kind and answered all of my questions and concerns about moving there. She walked me through everything step by step and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my apartment. I’m excited about my move in and I hope that everything will continue to go smoothly. Thank you Tiffany.

Do not move here. In March of 2022 I signed a lease for a move in date of 5/1. Unknown to me the tenant in the unit I signed for was months behind on rent, but they "trusted her word" to move out before I was moving in. 6 days before my move in date, I was told the current tenant had not moved and I would have nowhere to go. During this timeframe this community also raised the rents on the 1 bedrooms by $350. I was offered a studio for the interim under the new rates (more than what I signed for a 1 br even though I asked them to honor the rate at the time I singed my lease. I also asked for a moving concession as I would have to get storage space and pay movers twice, this was also denied). They attempted to have me sign a 12 month lease on the studio telling me their system does not do s

I have to say, I’ve only been here 4 days but so far so good. I can not express my gratitude enough for Gloria in the leasing off, she is INCREDIBLE!! Her and the maintenance man Mike worked their butts off to make sure I could get in my apartment same day! They are both so kind and willing to help!! The neighborhood is quiet, it is pretty dark at night though. Could use a few more street lights. The apartments are bare boned, and a little dated but pretty spacious and offer a lot of storage! It’s a good bang for your buck, only 1.5 miles away from white marsh!

This place is rat infested! They have rats that chew through the inner connecting apartment walls. No matter how clean your apartment is. Management is rude (Michelle Mcbee) doesn’t resolve any issues. They do not give you any grace period, to pay rent. Rent is due on the 1st. If you pay on the 2nd, you will get a ridiculous late charge. They will rip you off! Also every 3 months they have a new property manager at this location.
