Fontana Village Townhomes

I've been moved in for 5 days and I love it! The townhomes are very spacious, clean, respectful, and quiet. The neighbors are very nice and the staff at the leasing office are very nice and helpful as well. Maintenance are fast, respectful, and on call whenever you need them. I give this place a 10/10!

I came in to see a townhouse. I told her i was alone. The lady that was there told me that she needed to do a credit check and run my information before I could see a place and could see if it was worth the time. She refused to let me see a place without it because it would be a waste if her time I suppose. However, she never knows what changes may come in my life between then and now, I told her I may have a partner. She still refused saying she doesn't see the point of even showing me because it's snowing and she's alone. I will attach a picture of how much it is actually snowing. I can understand being alone and not having coverage but to not even try and schedule a time for me to come back or offer alternatives is odd. It felt as though I was not welcome either way the coin was flipped

There are roaches everywhere. Even in my cereal. The leasing office does not care. This is a slum lords property. No one comes out for anything. I don't recommend anyone to move here.
