Park East Apartments

I toured with Shavon last weekend she was very helpful, knowledgeable on the property especially since she is fairly new which is impressive, super nice and helpful, she was nice enough to show me a vacant unit and the model for the visual effect and I loved that she informed me of the current sale park east has on select units, The community/building is very clean and peaceful, I like that Park East has discounts on health care worker, EMT, police etc. which is cool and this isn't a temp. discount it's a discount off your rent for your entire stay. I have been on a hunt for a place for a very long time starting from scratch of a recent divorce I think I've seen just about all apartments in Baltimore County tbh if you name it I've probably seen it, this tour with Shavon definitely the Top

I lived here for a couple years and my overall experience was positive. The cleaning lady was sweet and cleaned my building everyday including the laundry room floors everything was spotless. The amenities were nice the gym was very convenient and equipment was good. The Maintenance team is TOP TIER I never had a ticket that wasn’t attended to or felt like the service was poor all of them were cool and took care of me. I had a few hiccups while staying here but none were because of management. In retrospect one of my suggestions was to install cameras around the property in today climate surveillance is pretty the new normal. Hello All, My name is Warren Wright and I had to leave this review because my experience at the Park East Property was one of the most rewarding experiences. The tour was great, the Management team is awesome and the Apartments are fairly reasonable for any size family and extremely affordable especially if a special is available on top of the asking rental price. My advice to anyone who is seeking a new place to live, then please choose Park East and you will not have any regrets because I definitely don't!!!!! Respectfully, -Wright

Here’s the thing….I would rate 0 stars if I could. Unsure where to start…the bugs, the dead bodies, the harassing neighbors, or the mildewing apartment. This neighborhood is just like Perry Hall Apartments except theirs 2 lazy ladies in the leasing office whom sit on their behind and do no research behind claims that neighbors make. My family has been harassed by an older next door neighbor (which I had been making calls about frequently) and things finally escalated on July5th. She would not walk away from our patio. Forcing us to use our 2nd amendment right to get her away. Well that neighbor continued harassment for a month straight. Watching us through cameras and calling even if I as much laughed too loud. My time staying here at park east apartment was very pleasant. I enjoyed my stay here, and most importantly I appreciated the customer service I received from Ms.Keshawn. She was very pleasant and corrected any minor issues I may have experienced during my stay. The 2 years I stayed here I didn’t see not one rodent or roach. I will refer any of my co workers or family members to stay here.
