Rex Mill Square Apartments

Rex Mill Square is a gated community i’ve lived here for about three years and I feel safe. Rex Mill Square is like a lil gem tucked away from the busy norm. It’s well maintained clean and the landscapers do great job. Management is nice and prompt to address any concerns. Plus, Rex Mill is in a convenient area with restaurants, grocery and retail stores near.

Very nice community, Not a place for everyone. Affordable living with great neighbors. Landscape upkeep it always nice. Been a resident for almost 20 years.The Property Manager Ms Erin is really nice and professional she is always willing to help as needed. Rexmill is nice and quiet, not the neighborhood where loud outside or inside parties take place. A place to really call home and be proud of. Community yard sales and back to school events are just a few of the outstanding happening things here. We are also a gated community!.

Rex Mill is a member owned community ...nice place to live and thank God we work hard to keep it nice and safe. So it is however not a place for any and everybody to live. We try to help each other and watch out for the best interest of our community. Perfect we are not but striving to be the best!

I lived at Rexmill from 2003 until 2022, would be staying there now but if not for a family crisis that I had to make a life changing decision with great scarify! Great place to live and I truly miss being there!!

My mother and I tried on two occasions to purchase this property. First time, we tried to buy from an elderly couple who signed the purchase agreement, but then the day of their board meeting denied us approval to buy under the assumption that my mom would not be living there and wasn't a current Georgia resident. Ok, fine. But it was obvious they were just looking for an excuse because the woman - Ms. Hildred - then took their house off the market, even though I had seen her home with a personal tour BY HER, even made a point to point out their moving boxes!
