Revelry Apartments

In my previous apartment, which was near downtown, there were many noisy undergrads. But here, since income verification and crime checks are required for move-in, I feel that the neighbors are safer and quieter. The lobby is also a great place to work remotely, and I really love the amenities such as the barbecue area, pool, gym, and unmanned convenience store. The system is very well organized, giving me a sense of efficiency. The managers also respond well to any inconveniences, and the feedback is impressively fast and accommodating, which I truly appreciate.

About 4 months in and I am still loving my stay here at Revelry Apartments. I started out with Emily D., who was patient and informative, for initial inquiries. Later on followed by Ryann R. the leasing agent, who broke down the details of costs, the environment, and key elements that made Revelry appealing for me. An extra shout out to Ryann R. for the effort to ensure I was properly informed, engaged, and comfortable with the process by providing adequate guidance and recommendations. I was ultimately convinced of 3 options that Revelry was the way to go. Both Ryann R. and Darian D., the property manager, have been superb with guidance and communication before, during, and after the move to ensure I experienced a smooth transition. I recently moved to Revelry and my experience has been great. Thank you! Three positives to note so far: - Social events organized by Revelry have given me fun things to do and opportunities to make friends living in the building - Management office (Darian and Ryann) maintains top tier communication, from sending quick informative responses throughout the move in process to sharing building and event updates after move in - I have only put in one maintenance request and it was completed in under 24 hours

At 360 Wellness, we absolutely LOVE the Revelry apartments! The building is beautiful, clean, and the residents are very kind. Darian has been amazing with coordinating our wellness events at the building, and she continues to have amazing ideas for adding the value of wellness for the Revelry's residents. You should just buy a house. They are completely out of touch with the Wisconsin Area market. Company isnt from here. Most places that charge upwards of 2k for 2bed 2 bath include utilities except electricity. NOT HERE. They charge you for community water, gas and electricity, spraying for bugs, garbage, sewer etc. So lights that are always on you pay for. If appliances break you are charged their repair. Most places in Madison that have garage charge 50- 100 and let you rent it for only winter or how ever long since its an add on. NOT HERE If you rent the open garage they charge you 150 and you have to pay for the entirety of your lease. You will be charged for extra storage space, to even use bike racks in the basement garage which I believe is 25 a month. Outside parking was free.. t
