Retreat at the Park Apartments

Not a fan of the communication process. When you call it is not possible to speak to an actual agent. The robots name is sophie. She tries to be helpful but mostly she just takes messages, hoping they go to the right person. That being said. Michelle has been amazing! She helped us EVERY step of the way. Initially didn't get approved until some documents that we owed were taken care of. Which she helped find the information and tools we needed. Thanks to her we move in next week. The parts of the process that were new to her she sought answers. My boyfriend also had the pleasure of meeting Eric the maintenance gentleman. Knowing which apartment we wanted to be close to family (who already live there) our apartment was ready after we applied not even 2 weeks later after reassuring us after

a wonderful place to call home! management tries really hard to make this a safe space for all residents! maintenance is so quick to fix things, when i first moved in i put in a maintenance request and he was literally there within the hour. I plan to live here for a while as I’m happy with how everything has been and any issues have been addressed.

I just renewed my lease for next year. I’m very happy here. I have neighbors who treat me like family, and that is beyond wonderful. Everyone here is friendly, and the office staff (Caitlyn (mgr) and Eric (maintenance) make sure everything is running smoothly. I only had one complaint, and it was handled quickly and professionally :) I’m happy to call Retreat at the Park home :)

cant never get intouch with nobody i paid my application fee i havent heard nun else

My roommate and I really enjoyed our time at the complex. It was honestly a godsend at a crucial time for both of us. Caitlyn, our property management, was super helpful and understand whenever we had an issue or problem. We are both grateful for the year we spent there.
