Absolutely LOVE Christina, and the maintenance people arw amazing as well, got what we needed fix in a day!. The apartments are spacious and the policy is reasonable. This is my first apartment and I Absolutely love it. It is worth its price.

We lived there for 3 years and our experience with the complex and management was great. Tanna is one of the most professional managers we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She addressed every concern and resolved issues to our satisfaction. Her priority is always the safety of the residents and making sure the experience living there is pleasant. We were always well informed of any complex or office issues, like pool maintenance. The grounds were always meticulously landscaped. It looked like a park! Speaking of maintenance, Stanley and Joe are the best around. Always fast to respond, timely on completion, and do the job right. We appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. The only complaint we had was people not picking up their dog waste, despite being provided

I can’t thank Christina, Tanah Waterman, and Jennifer enough for helping me with such a smooth transition into my new home! They made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Anytime I had a question or sent an email, they were quick to respond and always made sure I felt supported. They truly went above and beyond for me, and I could feel they genuinely cared. I’m so grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend them to anyone!

There are multiple reasons why you should not move here but I’ll start with the most important. -Apartments are full of leaks, and black mold. The only way they fix them is to spray paint over with killz or just spray paint over the leaks. Never once opened up vents to clean them out or find the root of the problem. When we moved in we noticed spray paint every where we thought it was to repaint, not to cover mold and damage. I have a child with severe asthma and a new born who both are being exposed to black mold and water damage. Upstairs neighbor has had the same issue and it’s NOT the only building with black mold. Cracks, etc let bugs in constantly. Apartments are old. That’s the problem, but they should not be available for rent if they are a health risk which they are. Or atleast

The maintenance team is awesome and will have the issue fixed within a day! I appreciate them a lot and we’re very happy here. ☺️☺️
