She investigated the property lines, any problems or issues the previous owners had with the house , if there was an HOA and how much. The property taxes , the schools, how close the town was and if she didn’t know any question you might have, she did her best to find out. Another bonus quality about Tammy was she was available any time to answer your text or email or phone call.
