North Gate Apartments

I lived at North Gates for a little over a year, and will be moving out soon. This was my first apartment living on my own and I had a great experience. It’s a family owned complex, and the Locke family have been nothing short of exceptional. If I ever ran into any issues, it was fixed VERY quickly. The complex is really quiet and the neighbors that I’ve met were all friendly.

Lived here for almost a year and a half and THOROUGHLY enjoyed my stay! Landlord was helpful and EXTREMELY responsive when called upon for repairs, lockouts, payments, etc. Neighbors were pleasant to be around and were never too loud (most the noise came from the highway just beside the complex). If you are looking for an affordable and safe housing option in Anderson, SC; look no further than here!

Northgate Apartments is the best apartments in Anderson. They are nice and quiet. The owners are wonderful people and very attentive. I would highly recommend this place.

I lived at North Gate for 8 years. NEVER had any issues and if I did they were resolved immediately. Family owned and operated. Very quiet and no worries of break ins. Very safe environment. Highly recommend.

Speaking for myself, I love the location and relaxed atmosphere. Anything you need is within minutes of APTS. Been here for 25 years and have stated many yimes that I plan on leaving one of two ways. McDougalds Funeral Home or when Jesus returns. Helps also that it is family owned. Good people. LOVE IT HERE
