I have worked with Resolutions Title on a number of types of transactions over the last few years. They have a great ability to make a difficult process much simpler. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Their level of communication is second to none. I have been very happy with the service Resolutions has provided my clients and would be happy to refer them to anyone.

I have to say that this title company is the worst we've worked with. We used them for our home purchase with the recommendations from our realtor. Two major things went wrong, first, our large wire deposit was "lost" even though it was in their possession. We had to dig through our bank records, speak to our bank (for 3 hours!) and once we proved that it was in their hands, they were able to locate it. No apologies were given until we threatened to change title companies. Second thing is that they did not have the proper paperwork for our closing. If our mortgage company representative wasn't there to facilitate the issues, we would not have been able to close that day. As a commercial broker our transactions often are complex and unique. I cannot think of a single time in the last 5 years that Resolutions has been unable to resolve something that has come up. Rather than a vendor, I think of them much more as a partner. They are invaluable in my ability to get the transaction done and accomplish my clients goals.

This is a great company full of amazing associates that are efficient and knowledgeable. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but everyone I dealt with at my closing made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was completely comfortable. I highly recommend Resolutions Title to anyone in the process of purchasing a home. You won't be disappointed!

My partners and I have used Resolutions Title many times in the past few years. They have performed complicated closings and even more complicated construction disbursing. Their staff knows how to get things done and I plan on using them again for an upcoming project.
