Gail Gardener who works for residential management Concepts has been so gracious and so helpful as I sold my property. She is the first person I’ve come across in a Management company that is so communicative and lovely and I had to give her kudos!

No body should ever hire this company. The ones answering the phone are extremely rude. In our last call the lady who answered the phone yelled at us and hang up the call ¿? We were polite and just made a simple question. It is the same thing every single time. The owner of that company doesn't care and it looks like that's their way of doing business. Something else: When they don't hang the call, they say they will call back, and they never do. Horrible experience.

I called they left me on hold for over 45 min and I hung up and called back and when they picked up I told them I was on hold for 45min and you possibly forgot about me and she didn’t acknowledge it all and asked what I called for and she was slightly rude and the I was passed to the accountant manager and he didn’t bother explaining it and said it’s your responsibility and was very rude, wouldn’t let me speak and didn’t help! Not professional! Later called back to try to figure out my issue and another women finally explained that the fee was raised and that’s all I wanted to know , it doesn’t automatically update online! Very sad

I requested approval to change color of garage door to match the trim of the house. The architectural form requested contractor license nu, cert of insurance and cert of competency. Color nu and swatch of new color. I mailed the form and the HOA continue to harass me. This is a GARAGE Door not the Taj Mahal. One star review.

Had the nerve to call me multiple times while I was working, then upon returning their call, told me that if I wanted to not be constantly called, I would have to give them my information. Demanded information about my landlord as well, who is none of their business. You just earned a new D1 hater!
