I had a really bad experience with both the leasing and property managers. The whole process is confusing as well as misleading. Down to even the tour of the unit was rushed and I felt like I didn't even get time to fully look at each room. At the end we were rushed out because the tour guide had to rush to a meeting that was starting. They charge you pro rated rent, even for time that you are not going to live in the actual unit, and they argue with you saying that everything was stated in paperwork, but what they say is not found anywhere in any documents. The amount of customer service from Dalkey Management is absolutely awful and will never recommend any apartment complexes managed by them. I was never given any sympathy towards my confusion and simply reached out to a Senior property

Took a tour and things seem nice onsite, but the “application process” is incredibly sketchy. You have to put down 500$ as a non-refundable (unless you are rejected) holding deposit before you can even get a link to the application, and need to fill out an application before you can see the lease. Aka the lease could have ANYTHING in it, and if you aren’t comfortable, you are out 500$. They say it’s “standard” NAA lease, but if it was, why can’t it be provided to view prior to giving them 500$ I will never see again? Reads as a scam to me.

No units available despite many advertised. Illegal leasing practices. Doesn't allow visitors??? Rude office staff. Insanely cumbersome lease up and violates a few federal laws during lease up process. But, Its cheap as hell if u ever get to actually move in. Diet racism throughout the whole process.
