EDIT POST RESPONSE FROM OWNER: This is the same generic response you've given every past/current tenant. This property has toted itself on luxury and an oasis but this was not the experience I had. They constantly apologize that the experience didn't live up to expectations yet they do nothing to better tenants experience (based off these reviews alone). What a disingenuous and callous response. It's felt like every month it's new rules with these people, yet they can't seem to get their dog pooping problem under control.. which they consistently send passive aggressive emails about. Pretty annoying to those who actually pick up after their pets. Move here and expect an email every other month about what you can or can't do. I seriously would not recommend moving here unless there is a staff change in the leasing office or unless management looked into the policies certain staff claims and expect tenants to believe just to benefit themselves. My experience with the leasing staff at Residences at The Summit after moving out was extremely frustrating. I was given several serious claims about what I “had” to do, but none of them could be supported by my lease or by any written policy when I asked for documentation. Im so glad that I reviewed everything myself, and the information I was told simply wasn’t backed up anywhere in writing. it's not kids friendly; it smells urines in the hallway, windows don't open so the air doesn't circulate, hard to breath, overall, it's not good. They are not honest check everything in person if you decide to be part of this. also, the heat doesn't dissipate evenly in the rooms.

Wouldn't recommend, as previous reviewer mentioned windows don't open. Apartments do not retain heat well (higher electric bill), and a lot of the amenities I had seen previous on website or given during a tour have been removed (ie pool, restaurants). Staff is unhelpful. Not what was expected at all.

Update 6/6/25: The on-site staff is terrific. They’re very helpful and responsive. The multiple corporate entities that have a hand in running the place are making progress in addressing basic problems that arose when the building reopened.
