Residences at Leader

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Scott Property Manager at Residence at Leader, Really professional takes his job seriously to another level he guided me through the whole process of getting my apartment he is detail oriented and very transparent with everything. He took the time to show me around the building so I have an idea of what I was getting into FYI “I came in the building not really looking to rent here I was just curious and wanted to know how it looks” but his professionalism told me I would be in good hands if I decided to commit and so I did. 10/10

I've been living here since November 2024 and it's been absolutely fantastic!!! R&D really takes care of you and your safety living in Downtown Cleveland. The studio I'm currently living in has been a wonderful dream (and affordable as well with the right career) Would absolutely love to raise a family here with the one/two bedrooms in the future but for now, I'm loving my new studio! FYI for those that love Superman, the 2025 movie was filmed here as The Daily Planet.

We are so impressed with this place! GORGEOUS building with beautifully renovated apartments that are quiet. The office staff and security personnel are amazingly helpful and professional. We haven't had any maintenance issues but other residents have told us they are prompt and thorough. The building is impeccably clean at all times. The amenities are good and you can walk to anything downtown. Our apartment has a spectacular view of the Lake and sunsets out of the huge windows. Seriously, I don't think it could get better in this rent price range!

Living here has been an amazing experience. The studio apartment is incredibly comfortable, and everything about it has been great. Scott, the property manager, has been outstanding, always communicative, thorough in answering questions, and genuinely helpful whenever assistance is needed. The building itself is safe, spotless, and very quiet, with friendly neighbors all around. I have absolutely no regrets about moving here.

I’d like to share my experience working with Scott Brown, the current property manager here at Leader. Scott is a really funny and genuine person who’s made our time here enjoyable. We were actually the first apartment tour he did, and just as he hoped, we ended up in the apartment he showed us! From there, things have been mostly great :) I will say, sometimes when things get busy or transitions are happening, it might take a bit of time to get things resolved. But Scott always gets to it, and I really appreciate his willingness to help. He’s also been a great resource outside of his role.
