My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and had an extremely negative experience. Management consistently failed to answer calls or texts whenever we tried to contact them, which made addressing issues nearly impossible. At one point, our neighbor discharged a gun through the wall. We reported it immediately, and management assured us they would not “sweep it under the rug,” yet nothing was done about it. This was a serious safety concern that was completely ignored. On top of that, we left our apartment in excellent condition—essentially the same as when we moved in. Despite this, we were told we would not receive our deposit back because they planned to use it for “garbage and sewage.” That makes no sense and defeats the purpose of a security deposit.
