Payson Point Apartments

Missing trim above the closet, dog hair and dogs piss in hallways and they are absolutely filthy, very poor repair work. They didn't even paint where they patched the holes in the walls. The putty dried white and they said good enough. Why would you let someone move in in these conditions? You'd think it would be great for the price you pay monthly.

My son and I have lived in these apartments for over a year and a 1/2 and have absolutely loved being here! The apartment management is very responsive to any requests that we've had and are willing to work with us on any challenges we face.. The maintenance manager is top-notch and has fixed multiple things in our apartment with ease and professionalism! We highly recommend these apartments!

Me and my family were treated like everyone should be treated when trying to find a new home, they were beyond nice and helpful they answered any questions we had, oh and how they love kids! All around an amazing experience. It was the best experience I’ve ever had while trying to find a place to live. And the property is very well kept and tidy, the maintenance personnel are awesome and very helpful they are always working to fix things and keep the place nice and in working condition

Payson Point has been a great place to live. Complex is clean and safe, easy access to freeway, shopping and schools. Management has been great to work with!

Eleanore and the Payson Point staff are great! The apartments are clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The gym and pool are a nice bonus, and the community feels safe and quiet. Highly recommend!
