The Residence maintenance staff has always responded to service requests within MINUTES of submission! They make managing 300+ units look easy because of how efficient and hard working they are. The entire maintenance staff have exceptional customer service, prompt and detailed oriented care and it is all complimented with fun and professional personalities. My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and had an extremely negative experience. Management consistently failed to answer calls or texts whenever we tried to contact them, which made addressing issues nearly impossible. At one point, our neighbor discharged a gun through the wall. We reported it immediately, and management assured us they would not "sweep it under the rug," yet nothing was done about it. This was a serious safety concern that was completely ignored. On top of that, we left our apartment in excellent condition - essentially the same as when we moved in. Despite this, we were told we would not receive our deposit back because they planned to use it for "garbage and sewage." That makes no sense and defeats the purpose of a security deposit. It's not a bad place to live.... I lived there for over a year... A couple of bad things. 1. Wasps got out of control near dumpsters and on buildings. Wasn't handled after I complained. 2. Hidden fees. I felt that I was always paying much more each month than agreed upon 3. The Paint in apartment wasn't great 4. Kids without adult supervision in the gym, at the pool, and all over the parking lot. 5. 60 days notice to move out. 6. Parking can be terrible 7. Wifi kind of sucked A couple of good things 1. The kitchen has a lot of storage 2. Employees are super nice! Down to earth! Yet very professional. 3. Master bathroom had lots of room. 4. Easy to clean. 5. Clean facilities with lots of amenities. Great location with easy access to the freeway. I dealt with a few different people in the office and prefer working with Mandy as she seems the most knowledgeable and eager to help with any of my needs.

Move in was easy Mandy in the office is amazing and made it smooth and fast! Apartment is spacious and clean! Thank you!!
