Reserve Square

I had a really positive experience with Jerome Williams, the Property Manager at Reserve Square Apartments. He was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he responded quickly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s clear that he cares about the residents and works hard to make sure things run well. Managers like Jerome make a big difference in creating a comfortable and well-managed living environment. I truly appreciate his support and professionalism.

Disrespectful and irresponsible office/leasing staff screaming and yelling at residents. Water issues, drainage clogging issues once a month. Often No hot water or days where there is no water at all for over 24 hours. Elevators don’t work atleast 5,6 times a month. Laundry machines don’t work nor repaired. Packages in mail room get stolen without any accountability. AC/heater do not work. Highly infested by bed bugs, cockroaches and other pests everywhere including kitchen. Worst decision I ever made is to take a lease here! Not just me but all my friends who live here have same issues, some had to break the lease and leave as it’s too much to deal with!! Plus, dirty and stinky everywhere!!

I came back on Sunday after a week or so out of town and found that the lock on the door had been changed while I away. I knew that it was going to done but wasn't sure when. I went down to the leasing office and Dierra Robinson (a Leasing Consultant) happened to be in the office. Not only was she kind enough to give me the new key but she also gave me a package that had been delivered while I was away. She's the best!

I am a resident of Reserve Square and have been living here since January 2025. Until recently, my experience has been positive and free of concerns. However, over the past few weeks, my roommates and I have encountered repeated instances of unprofessional and discourteous behavior from front desk staff when approaching them with legitimate issues. On multiple occasions, when we have gone to the front desk to report concerns, we have been spoken to rudely and, at times, asked to leave without any attempt to understand or resolve the issue. This approach is not acceptable, particularly when residents are seeking assistance for urgent or maintenance-related matters. One specific incident involved my roommate reporting a clogged commode in our apartment. The front desk staff member seated a

one of the worst apartments to live, they are not at all responsible. In winter heater are not working in whol reserve square. they are not even apologetic for that and they are giving free suggestions like take one heater from Walmart and keep the bill with you and return it in a month and we will fix heaters, if they are responsible why should we have to buy for their mistake, if they are not accepting the return, whom should we blame
