If you are a resident and have experienced questionable charges, you are not alone—and you have the right to take action. According to state and federal housing laws, recertification fees are not allowed in HUD-subsidized housing. Yet, this complex is reportedly charging $75 for late recertification, which may be unlawful. Other potentially illegal charges include: Parking fees Processing fees for on-time rent payments These fees may be used to artificially inflate rent without notifying HUD, which is a serious violation. I just can't say enough about Lori from the Leasing Office. Although new to the job, she jumped right in with professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. She, in my opinion, goes above and beyond getting matters taken care of, answering questions and following through. She made my application process a lot easier with guidance. She's made my first 3 weeks, living here, a delight. I'd also like to say that Lilly, Lori's boss, was and is, a pleasure to deal with. She was accommodating, timely and friendly. The maintenance team of Steve and Bukie are also friendly and prompt. With a staff that's approachable, friendly and professional, I'm extremely happy that I found this place. Thank you, all 👍👍👍👍

My wife and I lived here for 2 years and we enjoyed every moment of it. We never really encountered any major issues and for the minor ones, the maintenance team immediately provided resolution which we were really appreciative of. Lilli and Tammy are also really approachable that whenever we had questions, they were always available for us. The unit we stayed in pretty much had everything we needed. It was clean when we first moved in and the location of the apartment complex was perfect - just a walking distance from establishments, stores, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this place for great staff and great location!
