Reserve at Iroquois

We just moved into this apartment complex and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free — which says a lot when you’re moving. Jen, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming from day one. She answered all of my questions quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was ready for move-in. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in the community. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and feels like home already. I’m so glad I chose this place and really appreciate the positive experience getting settled in. Highly recommend!

We enjoy living at the Reserve at Iroquois! We love that the apartment complex is close to everything, new, and well kept. We appreciate how helpful the property manager, Jen, is and what a great job Matt in maintenance does. We like the amenities like the gym, pool, and being able to rent the clubhouse for gatherings. Overall we’re very happy with living at the Reserve at Iroquois!

Lived here for a year and think twice before moving here! They charge you for every little thing. Have a bug infestation. First year was grasshoppers and towards the end was constant flys. Loud neighbors. No respect for others and complaints get nowhere in this place. They charge you nearly 2k to live here for nothing close to luxury. I promise look elsewhere. Company is money hungry and only cares about that instead of their residents.

Where to start, consider all of your options. I left the city to move somewhere to give my children a better fulfilling experience and life, as they deserve, from the environment to the school district. My family has been here for over a year. My children are well mannered, kind, pleasant, and most importantly love being a child. But malice lives around this area, and realistic expectations don’t exist. To the woman who called the police because 3 boys under the age of 8 years old were playing around in the grass area tossing a football around and were inside the clubhouse to use the bathroom and throw away their ice cream wrappers, I pray for you. The lie of “ I didn’t know if they lived here”, that you told the police officer sounds like a perfect cover up at your annoyance from 3 little
