We had such a great experience with Pagoda realty. We really didn’t think home ownership was in the cards for us as we are a one income family with a little one, but Katie ran numbers for us and worked everything out and we couldn’t be more grateful!!! Jeremy, our realtor, was awesome- showed up and got us moving through the process so quickly. Debbie was a pleasure to work with as well. Thank you all (and those we didn’t mention at Pagoda that worked behind the scenes) for making our dream become a reality. First generation home owners- couldn’t have done it without you all! If I could give any valuable advice to people looking for a reputable realtor; LOOK ELSEWHERE. The headache we dealt with dealing with Jennifer, David, & Craig was beyond unnecessary and the lack of communication we dealt with when we were "3 days from closing" even though the lender had communicated to us there was no way we were closing within the next month at that time. We had our entire home packed up and ready to move, while I was 9 months pregnant, only to have to unpack and lose out on the home we were purchasing after the sale. Paperwork was mishandled, our relator didn't have a cellphone for months, emails left unanswered, listing never updated with photos/new information, etc. All of this to end with the buyers agent contacting us more so than our own and opting to back out due

I want to say a huge Thank You to Linda Giorgio! She was wonderful to work with. She took the time to explain things. I was a first time home buyer so I had a lot of questions.Linda was very helpful, and even if she didn’t know the answer to my questions, she found the answers and got back to me in a timely manner. She never made me feel rushed, and she always answered my phone calls. I worked with her for over a year and a half to find the perfect home. Eventually, we were able to find the perfect home for my daughter and I and, I absolutely love it. Thank you again, Linda great job!! I highly recommend her.
