Phil Renzi is hands down the best property manager I've ever had having lived in several other building and worked and been on the board of trustees before I moved to my current condo complex. He cares about the property as if it was his own. In a building certain conformity is expected and he helps keep the environment looking and functioning the best for all owners/tenants.

I worked with Kirsten on a large water restoration project in one of her units last year. She made a usually difficult process go very smoothly due to her professionalism and knowledge of the industry. Would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a property manager.

With a career running data centers and operations centers for financial institutions, I have been shocked at the lack of professionalism in real estate management companies. This company literally went through the trash and bothered a woman fighting cancer to chastise her for not breaking up a cardboard box at the building I live in. They started out great, but now treat property owners with disrespect as if we work for them. Don't hire them -they think it's all about them, rather than the people who pay them!
