Rental Property Management

I have never written a review before. Nancy and Rental Property will probably be the only one deserving of a review from me. By far the BEST rental company I have ever dealt with. I've been renting for 18 years and have not had any one close to as good. I rented from Nanci for over 2 years, and they have been nothing but extremely nice, very understanding, and accommodating. Any issue I had with the house was handled promptly and with no issues. Rental Property and Nanci are fantastic and will be missed.

My husband and I just moved into a rental in CDA and we love it! The application and move in process was quick and Benchmark’s communication was top notch! They answered any and all questions we had! Incredibly kind and helpful! Very happy with the service we have had and continue to receive!

Rental Property Management, and Nancy in particular, did a great job renting my home for me. They did an excellent review of potential tenants, gave me regular updates, promptly responded to my tenant's needs, and charged very reasonable management rates. I would gladly use this company again and freely recommend them to friends and family.

First I need to apologize. I mistakingly wrote a bad review on this current rental property. I thought I was filling it out for a short term property in Nebraska that we recently rented. This property in Hayden is absolutely PERFECT for us! Nancy has been amazing in making sure that everything is great. We had a 3,000 square foot house and needed to rent for a year while we look for another place. This is a much smaller house but fits our needs perfectly! The appliances are wonderful, design spacious and a very safe, warm neighborhood. I would highly recommend Nancy's properties for anyone looking for a rental. A+ all around!

Nancy and the staff are helpful, responsive, use good communication to let us know of issues or concerns and represent the needs of the occupants to us.
