I moved out of Renew Woodland Ranch south on December 17th, after living there for four years and I feel compelled to share my experience. Initially, the service I received was horrible. After I posted my first review, someone reached out to me and worked with me to resolve the issues, and I truly thought everything had been handled. I was assured that once I moved out, the only deduction from my security deposit would be the utilities owed for my final month. However, my deposit was returned well after the 30-day timeframe, and when I finally received it, the amount was incorrect. If I could put 0 I would. Living at this complex was a horrendous experience and even though I’ve moved out since October 24th I am still dealing with them. When I moved out, they inspected the apartment so that I would get my security deposit back. The home inspection went great I left the property returned my keys and was assured to get my security deposit 30 days after the lease ended. My lease officially ended November 2nd. I was then told by the office that my statement for my reimbursement was from November 25th. So 30 days after that would be Dec 25 (Christmas) I have yet to still receive my security deposit and it is January 14th. Tim Martin showed up to repair a few cabinet doors. Went above the requested work order. Repositioned cabinet doors to stabilize the before they needed repairs. Friendly and very quick.
