I LOVE it here! Everyone from the people who work in the office to maintenance to neighbors are so nice. We moved in May 2025 and have only had two issues which were taken care of promptly and efficiently. The buildings are older, so some maintenance needs were bound to happen, but we were given what we were needed to stay comfortable while they were fixing the problems and it never disrupted our lives. The moving in process was quick, easy, and painless. The property is kept tidy and beautiful. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough good things about the maintenance team at Eastland Apartments. While entering the complex during a blizzard, my vehicle went over an ice patch, landing me stuck in a snow bank. The maintenance team worked for nearly 45 minutes in unforgiving temperatures to make sure I was able to get out safely. Their dedication, persistence, and care did not go unnoticed. What stood out most was that I was never made to feel like a burden. My situation was unexpected and stressful, yet I was treated with patience, kindness, and genuine concern. It truly feels good to live in a place where care is shown through acts of service, especially in moments when outcomes depend on efforts that often go unseen or unmeasured. Living here was a great experience! The staff is very friendly and great at responding/communicating with their tenants. The grounds were always kept up and the building that I lived in was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Eastland!

After only 2 months here, my experience with the staff has been horrible . The lady who managed my onboarding made many false promises saying I would have many features; Unfortunately these claims immediately fell through and it felt like the lady really just wanted the sale. In my time living at this location, I’ve never made a maintenance request, but a technician has entered my apartment without permission twice... the first occurrence was when someone entered my apartment when I was not home and they did no work. After I questioned why this happened, and why the work hadn’t been done, the office and staff gave an empty corporate response that made me feel like they didn't care in the slightest. The office manager is completely rude and way too defensive if you try to speak to him about

Lovely neighbors, clean property, fitness room I should use, and swimming pool I can jump in after are a few things I enjoy. I’ve noticed about once a month they have community gathering with different vendors to complete your stay and awesome conversation that will make you want to see what’s in store next time!!
