My move-in experience at Hidden Lakes Apartments has been about as smooth and stress-free as a move-in experience can be, and it’s thanks to the amazing leasing office team. From the very beginning, everything was organized, clearly explained, and handled professionally and promptly. A special thank you to Aide, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and prepared for move-in day. She was friendly, patient, and quick to answer any and all questions. From the dull necessities, like paperwork, to ensuring the unit itself was prepared and ready for move-in, to answering and accommodating in any way she could, she sincerely went above and beyond. We recently moved to Hidden Lakes Apartments in Kentwood all the way from Boardman, OR, and our experience has been great — especially thanks to the amazing help we received from Jimel in the leasing office. From start to finish, Jimel was incredibly responsive, patient, and efficient, answering all of our questions and making the leasing process smooth and stress-free. The community itself is lovely, with serene landscaping and plenty of amenities to enjoy (including beautiful lake views and convenient access to nearby Grand Rapids attractions) — it truly feels like home. We’re so thankful for the support and excellent customer service we received from Jimel and the Hidden Lakes team. Would absolutely recommend this community to anyone relocating to the area!

As we end the year I'll like to thank Mr. Jimel for the exceptional assistance in helping me and my sister find our new place. I’ve lived here for a year after my military service, I found that this apartment was not only military friendly, but the services they’ve provided were exceptional. I was often met with pretty sunset that my wife was fond of. Any maintenance request done as soon as possible, the receptionists are welcoming, kind, and professional. My favorite part of the apartment is the scenic walks you can participate in. In the winter, roads are cleared fairly fast, before everyone is awake and ready for work. 10/10
