If you’re considering living at Renew, please read this. I am a current resident, and my car was towed this morning—the day before Thanksgiving—even though I had a temporary parking permit clearly displayed on my dashboard. The towing company used by Renew, Ramsay’s Towing, claimed the temporary permit “expired,” even though I already paid the parking fee. To make things worse, Ramsay’s demanded $200 cash only to release my car—no card, no digital payment. I had to rush around to find cash just to get my own car back, all while needing to take my child to school and prepare for the holiday. If you were a resident, how would you feel? Safe? Respected? Just moved in recently, its been quite, calm and tranquil. The complex has a certain historical vintage suburban charm to it, a great place to raise my growing family. Shout out to Gifty for helping me through the application, lease signing and move in process. She went above and beyond, plus my baby loves her.

I moved in recently, and have had an amazing time here. I feel very safe and supported by the office and the manager, kristen. Shout out to Gifty, she's the best! She and Kristen has helped me so many time, I had to give them 5 stars.

I strongly advise against residing in this location. Any alternative would be preferable. I recommend exploring other options to avoid potential financial burdens. Do not risk becoming trapped in this subpar environment. The apartments are not suitable for habitation and the entire complex requires demolition and reconstruction. There is a pervasive rodent infestation. Cockroaches inhabit the walls. Suspicious activity is frequently observed at night. The neighborhood lacks safety. While the exterior of the buildings appears well-maintained, the interior is deteriorating. It appears that management prioritizes financial gain over resident well-being. I urge you to reconsider and explore alternative options.
