ReNew on Ridgewood Apartments and Townhomes

I moved here recently. So far it is going good. I did have little complications but I was able to get them resolved. There is some maintenance men that are sorry but I have came across 2 great maintenance men. One of them name is Jeremy, he is very respectful and quick. My heat went out last night. I put in a maintenance request and he was here today. He replaced the thermostat under 30 min and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Hopefully this experience will remain the same. This complex is wayyy more affordable than my last apartment complex. I paid for a renovated unit here and it look great. 😊

I have been here for 4 months and Monae is awesome at handling business in a timely manner. She is always available and professional. Whenever I call her, she gets the job done, along with maintenance and I love it!! I have no complaints here at Renew. Me and my family feel comfortable and safe!

as a new tenant I've experienced nothing but the worst. I was told my apartment would be ready to move in, unfortunately my hot water wasn't working, doors wouldn't lock, washer wouldn't start. It took two months to fix. Thankfully Mike the maintenance man helped me out a lot through this process. My oven wouldn't turn off as of yesterday and that is considered a hazard to not only me but my neighbors as well. My dryer has broken and i understand that is a process to get fixed. I spoke with the property manager on yesterday 10/02/2025, basically explaining that I've had a hard process with my apartment since day one literally. If I could give management and the property a negative zero out of ten rating I would. The consistent lack of action from management to address issues is ridiculous. Maintenance requests are routinely ignored or severely delayed, even for issues that affect daily living. It's extremely frustrating to submit requests multiple times with no follow-up or resolution. Phone calls go unanswered more often than not, and when you do manage to get through, promises are made but rarely kept. Communication is almost nonexistent, and it’s clear that tenant concerns are not a priority. Professionalism is seriously lacking—from poor response times to a general disregard for resident needs. Management's lack of accountability makes it hard to enjoy living here. Until there is a clear improvement in r
