Exterior of the buildings & the community is nice. However, the interior for most of the “Auburn” units are slightly outdated where the bathroom is concerned. 1 bedroom is about $1,530+ yet the bathroom is giving 2015. Only a select few of the units have the new black fixtures. Also, application process is rocky. They require you to upload your government issued ID (which was expected). What was NOT disclosed PRIOR is that you also have to take a selfie via a third party company called Celeri/Veriff. Even at the airport you can decline a picture and they provide an alternative but there is no way to bypass the selfie aspect at Renew. I love my home at Renew Foundry!! It’s clean, safe, and peaceful!! Great amenities too!

Just moved in, application process was a bit rocky which had me an unsure about my decision.. but I went through with it. So far so good. Shout out to Anthony in leasing, Randy, and Tung in maintenance for helping with move in questions and fixing issues i had during inspection. So far so good.

This place is AWFUL! I am going to provide a little backstory so bare with me. Here are my original issues I emailed to the leasing office here so you can see what I have been dealing with since I moved in. THEN, we will get into the new issues. 1. Repeated and Unresolved Maintenance Issues We have submitted maintenance requests seven times during our tenancy for problems including: -Persistent mold in the bathroom -Inadequate water pressure in the bathroom sink -Damaged garbage disposal -Calcium and mold buildup on the toilet flush button -Dishwasher backflow, resulting in water discharging across the counter -Balcony door and screen damage -Severe bathroom floor grime requiring floor replacement -A kitchen that was not properly cleaned prior to move-in, necessitating a clean-up crew du
