This has been the worst rental experience of my adult life. We lived here 2 years, and were alternately boiled and frozen because of the minimal insulation and single pane windows. In 2 years, we never successfully had maintenance fix anything. Not one work order was resolved successfully, and most were never looked at. Our AC went out the first summer, and the work order was ignored as our living space went over 100. We paid out of pocket for a repair person to come and make our space liveable. They did eventually respond to the emergency work order for the AC from June, I will say that. They did it in December, though. They just closed it out. Marty is so amazingly, friendly and helpful! I knew I found home immediately. He walked me through every process of applying with thorough detail to explain everything to a non- tech senior person with kindness and compassion. Kudos to Marty!! You’re definitely an asset to this organization.

This is great place to stay. Much improved since new management takes over. Much cleaner neighborhood, staff were extremely polite and respectful. Property is organising events which were fun for entire family. Children park is finally coming up. Gym is renovated. Laura, Britanny and Adam are the best from the management!!!

Kala is so rude. I don’t know why she is the manager here. Can’t you find someone who likes their job? I can tell she hates sitting in the office and talking to customer. If you hate your job so much why stay? Last time I called the front office because there’s a loud person banging on my door says he is maintenance. I am scared for my safety, so I called. Kala picked up the phone and rudely says there is nothing she can do about people knocking on your door. Kala, he was banging on my door and says he is maintenance, you cannot even check if there is any maintenance scheduled around my area? Don’t rent here, it is unsafe due to Kala’s irresponsibility.

The Renew Management is falling fast and far. The amount of issues to deal with on a daily makes it a pain to live here. Firstly, the apartment is slowly falling apart. Drawers barely work properly and keep breaking off. The cupboards all squeak when opening and closing. The floorboards literally peel off. For the amenities, the gym is extremely small and half the things do not even work. The pool is open 3 months out the year and dirty green for 2 of those 3 months. There is neighbors leaving cat hair all over the complex, a ton of noise all evening and the management does nothing to help with noise complaints. Worst of all, the Paw Spa (pet care area) is filled with insects, ticks and stagnant water. I went there to clean my cat and she came back with ticks. I would not recommend livin
