Renaissance at South Park by Rocklyn Homes

HOA dictated community with minimal service provided for residents. Pest control and waste management will be delegated to residents’ responsibility as fees increase with no reasoning. The community is not gated neither do we have 24/7 security. If you live in a 3 bedroom unit you are not allowed to own more than two vehicles and you will be charged for parking in your own driveway.

I bought my home May of 2018 and I absolutely love it. The floorplan is GREAT neighborhood is friendly and near several shopping Plaza's. Please go by and see Leslie the sale agent She's awesome!

Beautiful townhome or condo complex. New homes for sell at $200k. Have ceiling fans in some units. Carpet and wood flooring. Pup friendly area. Pool and tennis area. Homes include garage. I have seen electric fireplaces. Not far from the airport and downtown fairburn. Plenty of restaurants. The only thing I do not like is that there isn’t enough parking for visitors.

Outrageous and random fees from HOA. Some homeowners aren’t paying monthly fees so those of us who do pay are penalized and are forced to pay extra. Gates needed. Random ppl are dumping furniture in our trash, now HOA wants everyone to have their own trash cans. Streets are small so it’ll be cluttered. No street parking allowed but somehow certain ppl still do it which makes it difficult for some of us to leave our driveways (narrow streets). Pool was opened for a short time and wasn’t kept clean. Lennox A/C units which are the worst. Home was built in 2018 and had to get my Leaky Lennox repaired. Rushed work and poor quality appliances.

This area has some nice Townhomes. My friend purchased one and it's really nice! I like that all your restaurant's are on the main strip. I don't care for all the tractor trailers that roll out from the area, but it is Industrial Blvd! I would need to live deep inside the complex. They have ample pockets of parking for guest which is nice. Overall. Not a bad neighborhood. Well now, here come the Apartments!! Never seen it coming but I should have known, wherever there is space buildings will be built. The poor coyotes! You can hear them as if they were right at your back door. I hope they migrate once the Apartments open.
