Pat is incredible! As a local Boston RE Agent with over 30 years in the business I can truly appreciate a great agent and Patrick as far exceeded all of my expectations. My family has property in his area and as out of state property owners its difficult to grasp the market. I initially found Pat when My father passed away and we needed an estate appraisal, that was 19 years ago and we are still calling him! Pat has always been there to answer any of our questions about the local market conditions, his knowledge of the area is superior so we always feel so comfortable with his advice Just recently we needed someone to take a look at the property because some tree growth, (its a raw lot) I called him and within 24 hours he was sending me pictures,of the land. so we could see just wha
