Rented 1805 Sunset from them for less than 1 year and while the people were okay and maintenance was quick, they screwed us out of most of our deposit! we tried to renew because the rent was worth it, but they kept saying “yeah next week” for a month until we finally told them we just bought a house instead lol they literally charged us for maintenance work they did before we ever moved in. like I would patch drywall inside a rental house 😂 the move out is a joke and they’re just looking for money. we weeded the day before moving out and they charged insane fees for yard work. don’t work with this team, there are others better!!!!!

Maryann is simply the BEST!!! She worked with us through every question, fully informed us on all aspects of buying our property. Gave us info on well, solar, inspectors.... Etc.
