Tivoli Heights Village

One of the finest communities in Kingman! A lot of awesome changes this past year. We are stepping it up and raising the bar! Homes are being updated with goose neck kitchen faucets, new kitchen lights, USB ports for charging throughout.... just to mention a few upgrades. Wonderful office staff that is always here for you! Love it here, very quiet management very nice and respectable, Maintenance always takes care of any problems in my home with repairs Truman is very nice. I haven't yet attended any of the events they have monthly crochet classes ,which I wished they had more different classes, they do provide snacks can't wait to attend but I've been buizy helping with other family needs. Wished people would pick up there doggy poop,that would be nice,other then that I'm truly enjoying my 3 months I've been here. Staff is always helpful and answers any and all questions I have asked. I'm waiting for a 1 bedroom hopefully I'll get in soon. I give it a " A" 👍😊

I've lived here for over 4 years and I've really loved it. There's a great sense of community and we have an amazing property manager, Kimberly, who really strives to make this apartment complex a home. And Truman, our Maintenance Supervisor, almost single-handedly keeps this place running, and running well. It's a great place to live!!

They charge higher rent to people on Social Security than to people driving around in fancy cars. Not all buildings are insulated and sound proof the same. You get blamed for things you or your family doesn't do. My family and I can't wait to move out. The plus side, they finally got nice management in the office in the last few years. At first, I gave it one star but, it has gotten a lot better since new management has taken over in the office in the last few years.

For the most part, this is a very quiet, friendly place to live. The office staff and maintenance man are very nice and dependable. I’ve met a lot of very nice people while walking my dog around the complex. I enjoy living here very much.
