Horrible realtors who don't even know how to do comparables. Sarah Evans took a 2400sqft block home and compared it to trailers and wood panel houses 872-1100sqft on half sized lots then tried to say she can't compare the house to anything else because "it's a unique home unlike any other" and then argued that me being able for find over 20 homes that are extremely close to ours selling for $80k more than her claims was "a good effort". She is seeking elderly people to rip off so her family can sell the house to "investors she knows then get to sell it again for another profit or her friends. I researched across 4 sites and pulled county records as well as had the home appraised and she still believed that the home was not worth what the market showed.
