Kingman Station

I put in a request for the weather stripping to be replaced and asked if I could replace my outside light with a yellow bulb because of bugs and by the time I got back home in a few hours Greg had them both done. He does a wonderful job around this property an we couldn’t get someone else as friend, fast and reliable as him.

Everyone here is super nice, helpful, amazing, and super fast if any repairs are needed. I strongly recommend this apartment complex to everyone that's looking for safe, family home. I also have to give a special "thank you" to Alissa, who has been very professional, personable, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and a delight to talk to, naturally all this goes for Tabitha who is awesome with solving any problems and/or issues in a positive ways. Thank you both!

incredibly helpful management, efficient maintenance, and comfortable living space. the only issuei had was with laundry machines regularly going out of service. otherwise a great place.

Our AC unit went out recently and we were given a portable AC unit to use until a new AC unit is installed. The portable AC unit was working fine but after a few days it stopped blowing out cold air. We called the after hours maintenance phone number and left a message. Josh, the after hours emergency maintenance person, called me back right away. Josh came to my apartment with a replacement portable AC unit immediately after finishing helping another resident with their AC problem. Josh was professional, friendly and concerned about our situation and even took time to clean the condenser on the replacement portable AC unit. We would like to thank Josh for his quick response and his professionalism in helping us with our problem. Thank you, Josh!
