Plus Property Management and the realtor Melissa Sanabia with Remax has shown bias from the beginning of the process. Very hesitant to show the property, initially when I reached out to have a virtual tour . Her immediate response mentioned the owner is requesting a 700 credit score . I said ok they should be fine. She then scheduled time for the virtual tour. At the end I asked what are the next steps. We applied for the townhouse, I let Melissa know she said the owner would reach out by end of the week. I waited a week and a half only for me to reach out and ask for an update. My husband and I reviewed or credit reports only to find the company hadn’t even pulled our credit.
