I tried to schedule a tour with them and they were very unprofessional and rude. Despite scheduling a week in advance and confirming multiple times with different people the time and date of my appointment, when I arrived for the appointment I was stood up and ignored. The person that was supposed to host the tour, Luke is rude and unprofessional in his communication. He does not respond to any questions and could not be bothered to show up for our scheduled appointment and pretended they were suddenly unavailable. The woman on the phone hung up on me mid-sentence and was unhelpful.
Cockroach infestation, do not fix any issues in your apartment. I have only lived here one month and I want out. Gave them issues from day one and the tub is not fixed the air conditioner not fix and cockroach everywhere. Horrible place to live
This owner is quick to have you towed when you're on his property and has no respect for the home owners. Its 12:42 am and he has a crew with loud equipment shoveling the lot. The truck sounds like a jack hammer.
